INGREDIENTS:
3 egg whites
1 Tbsp sugar
100g sugar
50g self raising flour
50g butter, room temperature
1 teaspoonfull Aracha Matcha Green Tea powder
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven at 180 degrees C.
Whisk egg whites with the 1 Tbsp sugar until soft peaks.
In a large bowl, mix 100g sugar and flour.
Then add half of the egg white mixture immediately.
After that, fold in the other half of the egg mixture.
Fold in the butter as well.
Set aside 2 Tbsp of the batter, then divide the rest into 12 mini muffin moulds.
Mix the Matcha powder with the 2 Tbsp batter. Then add on top of the individual moulds.
Bake the muffins for 15 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
Yoghurt goes well with this as well.
