Oolong is known as a great aide for digestion while green tea is famous for the high level of anti-oxidants it has. Why go into comparing different types of tea when we can combine them and get the wonderful benefits in one drink?
Make two glasses of this Iced Jasmine Oolong Tea. For best results, always use loose leaf tea.
INGREDIENTS:
1 tsp Jasmine Green Tea
1 tsp Golden Dan Chong
1 cup boiling water
1 cup Ice cubes
DIRECTIONS:
In a teapot, steep 1 tsp Jasmine Green Tea and 1 tsp Golden Dan Chong tea leaves for 5 minutes. Strain and let it cool a little.
In two glasses, distribute 1 cup of ice. Pour the slightly cooled tea in.
Garnish with a watermelon, or any fruit.
You can sweeten this with honey or any syrup if prefered sweet.
