Easter Tea Bread recipe with Lavander

I thought sharing Easter worthy bread recipes would be lovely, yes?

I wanted to post something nice but simple, as this my first baking recipe in this blog. :)

So here is a Lavander Tea Bread recipe using our very own Lavander Tea from Teas.com.au


INGREDIENTS:
(for greasing)
1 Tbsp butter, softened
3 Tbsp flour
9 x 5 inch loaf pan

(bread)
3/4 cups milk
3 Tbsp Lavander
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder

Sweet Iced Black Tea Recipe

Black teas are great for iced milk tea. Its strong flavor is not easily lost in combinations of milk and sweeteners.

Try Assam tea, a tea from India, with sweet milk on ice for this delicious iced tea recipe.

Remember, use loose leaf tea. ;)

INGREDIENTS:
2 tsp Assam Dikom tea leaves
1 cup boiling water
1/2 cup ice
Sweetened condensed milk

DIRECTIONS:
Boil Assam black tea leaves in 1 cup boiling water for 5 minutes. Set aside to cool, then chill for 30 minutes.

This scrumptious chocolate drink is just.. hmmm. If you are an open-minded chocolate addict, you must try this Rich Chocolate Chai tea recipe.

In the movie Choclat, every chocolate-lover's fave romantic movie, Armande Voizin (played by Judy Dench) was sad with her life until she was woken up by a spiced hot cocoa. She'd love this drink too for sure.


This recipe makes one mug, but two can share this:

INGREDIENTS:
2 cups milk
1/2 cup water
3 tbsp Invigorate tea from Teas.com.au
50g cooking dark chocolate (preferably chopped or broken to smaller pieces)

A is for Apple Orchard Tea

Apple Orchard tea
What a great way to restart the collection with the first letter for the alphabet.

This is as simple as easy iced tea recipe can get.

The base is English Breakfast tea, so this is great for the tummy as well. Great when cold, but just as lovely when warm.  For best results, use loose leaf tea.

COLD:
2-3 ice cubes
1/3 cup chilled brewed English Breakfast tea
1/3 cup chilled apple juice

HOT:
2/3 cup hot English Breakfast tea
1/3 cup apple juice

Just combine ingredients in order.
