No Yolk Folks -- Matcha Egg White Mini Muffin


This famous green tea is mixed in this muffin to make them more fantastic.

INGREDIENTS:
3 egg whites
1 Tbsp sugar
100g sugar
50g self raising flour
50g butter, room temperature


DIRECTIONS:

Preheat oven at 180 degrees C.

Whisk egg whites with the 1 Tbsp sugar until soft peaks.

Lavander Tea Ice Cream Recipe

Indulge in a wonderful Lavander wonderland with this yummy ice cream recipe.

Again with lavander and again with ice cream.  This is a lovely treat for the midweek blues.

It is an easy-to-make custard based lavander infused treat.

As always, use loose tea (available in Teas.com.au) for best results.

INGREDIENTS:
1 cup thick cream
1 cup milk
4 egg yolks
1/2 cup castor sugar
3 tsp Lavender tea
2 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp Lavender (optional for garnishing)

Comfort Food Jasmine Congee with Salted Pork Tea Recipe

Congee is an Asian rice porridge and it is perfect timing for comfort food.

This is a congee infused with rich broth and tea to comfort one's soul. This is a great to make on a stove but better in a rice cooker.


Also, this meal gives a fuzzy feeling like of a blanket.


INGREDIENTS:
3 Tbsp salt
3 cups water
100g lean ground pork
1/2 cup uncooked rice, washed lightly
3 cups water
1 1/4 tsp Jasmine green tea
1 cup boiling water
